INSPIRED ON A TRUE STORY

Loosely inspired by a true story, Ultimat Fuga tells the story of a legendary group of misfits — all from different walks of life — that once sailed the seven seas in the 80s and 90s. They lived out of what the sea had to offer, traveling wherever the wind blew and circled the globe countless times. Largely self-sufficient and isolated from the rest of the civilized world, they established a parallel society that offered an alternative to the traditional 9-5 life and consumer culture absorbed reality that they were escaping. Over their many decades at sea before meeting their final fate, they got to see some of the most secluded places on the planet and develop friendships that most people could only dream of. It was a simpler life, paradisial in many ways, filled with adventure but one that ultimately came at a high price.
This is a riveting, untold story about a lifestyle unlike anything else.
